I should be sleeping 
but Im not 
I could be doing stuff I need to be doing 
but Im not...really 

every now and then I believe you do need to just do 
ah 


For the first two weeks in Jan I had to meditate to get back to a good place ..Its insane how just that one simple act can revitalize one s mind and creative flow 


I need to start writing again more 

I miss this
