i love the rain! I really do. Not forever, and ever, but every now and then. In stretches like we have been having, where its rained three days straight ... I totally love it. Rain allows me the freedom to be inside, all cozy drawing, or doing odd projects that some how never get finished ... and puddles,~ heehee ~ puddles are the BEST!!!...Walking barefoot down the roads, jumping in, laughing ..splish splashing ... I guess theres something about water thats just alive you can feel the way it reverberates with in all living things ...and to be washed clean ..fresh ..mmm the smell of the air ..the way the nights stars look so pristine and the sky so black ... I can remember back to when I was a kid... We were lucky enough to have a portion of our patio with an overhang that afforded us shelter from the elements ... I think back on this one time... (((blooooplie blooopie blooopie )))) thats a flash back sound in case you're wondering ~grin))))))))) Returning from the store with our booty. My brother, and I, had each picked out one new cereal ..we grabbed them, a couple of those enamel colored metal bowls, milk, and what not... then ran out to the table. We set up the boxes so that we couldnt see each other, then repeatedly tried to piss each other off , by peeking around the box partition. ....the rain falling falling drops the smell of the sweet lucky charms and the humidity culminating together with the earthy smell wafting from the gardens dirt near by mmmm a curtain of mist ..the sounds plip plip plip drop splash .... ...just thinking back to that make s me so happy ...wild how your mind banks stuff ... ...I wonder if he remembers I guess I had best get to what ever jumps at me first here smiles to all then splashes you !!! ...Waiting for a phone call to get some odds and ends wrapped up ...writing a bio for a web page ...and thinking on how it is that I let people choose to see me ... and how some only get this very edited version version 4.5 lissa I dont think that some people can process the amount of energy I have to share tho and for those I hold back ...but that kind of sucks that they get cheated the full ride ~grin~ But such is life i suppose We can accept what we can process, and when we reach our fill of energy we have our circuit breakers as not to overload. You know there is something to be said about the way we connect through our vibrations I know I know I get all hyper when I start talking about this form of energy or what ever it is. I do not profess to be a scholar in any shape or form ...or perhaps I should take that back as quickly as I let my fingers utter it..for I am an investigator of life .. I do a sound mantra meditation every morning ... I like to do it along with the cd I have. All it is is humming ..as loud as you can for 20 minutes Then it stops, there is music .... it is some of the most ....im at a loss for the right word but i love it. So you sit there for ten minutes just being. Here is my strange observation There are times I want to go off key with the rest of the humming When I first did this meditation I was in a group of ten people, we were seated in a circle and again we followed along with this same cd I have ...The interesting thing is I needed to go off key there as well. I wondered if I drove the people sitting next to me crazy ~ l` Now here is the curious part each time that I would deviate from the 'in tune' humming I would start to cry .... past reflections past hurts past negativity comes bubbling up .... I ve even had truly epiphanic moments ... When in tune the connection just buzzes around making everything feel good ... So I wonder ..whats the connection with being off key? I have to get back to work now ~ grin ~ my camera says "Im cooled off, get cookin'!".... Till soon... be in where ever you need to be for the moment you re living Peace and blessings Love A

My brother saunters in. After squeezing into the two by two booth and ordering a coke says, "I guess Im going to die today..." I look at him with this look of shut up you total dork ~ then ask "Ok Darien why would this be?" "Well ," he replies, "I was riding my motorcycle down the street and out of nowhere fly these two huge vultures almost making me wipe out. Dont you think thats a sign of bad luck ? I mean they are birds of prey and death, right? " I think for a moment and think the thought sometimes things arent what they would seem ... Everyone around the table is apparently thinking the same thing and saying just as much "no no no they probably mean just the opposite!" trying to reassure him I offer " what would it matter anyway its not like it really means anything ." To which he counters me " yeah you of all people the one who is always looking for signs ..." I smile knowing he's right then he closes with some line from "The Alchemist's Handbook" about paying attention to signs and we drop it Later that evening inspired to find the meaning of what a vulture represented ..
