We will start with, of all things..... comforters...You know the kind you find covering your bed. Last week , one night ... I set to tuck my two little girls into bed. My littlest one ..in her snugly wee voice asked, "Mom..what are comforters made out of? " To which she quickly added, "Is it cotton?" I nodded my head, adding, "Yeah thats right. They also stick some of that filler stuff, or down, in the middle to make it all puffy...." I looked at her. I could see her mind still working, then she says, "So is Sierras made from whales?" I smiled at her questioningly... to see her try NOT to smile, and asked her, "Now why would you think that it would be made from whales?" To which she without a moments hesitation told me, "Because mom, its BLUE!" AT this point I finally caught on that she was playing me, laughing I asked her what hers was made from being pink, to which she answered " Pigs!" Thinking about mine being white, I asked ..." Ok so Sies is made from whales cause its blue, yours is pigs because its pink...Since mine is white, what would it be?" She smiled " and replied " Unicorns of course!" silly me .. not to have guessed that huh?
